De functie inhoud Als Business Support voor ons kantoor in Kortrijk zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:

  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team bij de opvolging van sollicitaties en bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten.
  • Samen met je collega's ga je op zoek naar de perfecte match tussen kandidaat en bedrijf en volg je deze trajecten van dichtbij op.
  • Je neemt telefonisch contact op met kandidaten en bedrijven om afspraken vlot in te plannen en alles administratief in goede banen te leiden.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures uit en verzamelt telefonisch de nodige informatie om elke vacature zo sterk mogelijk in de markt te zetten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie van kandidaten en klanten steeds correct en up-to-date is.
  • Je plant de agenda's van onze salescollega's en houdt het overzicht over afspraken, projecten en prioriteiten.
  • Je helpt mee het verhaal van Noël Franklin uit te dragen en draagt zowel online als offline bij aan onze sterke employer branding.

Over Noël Franklin Bij Noël Franklin begeleiden we mensen naar een eerste of volgende job. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en hebben vier kantoren: Oostkamp, Harelbeke, Ieper en Gent.
