Leiding geven aan techniekers, teamleaders, planners en backoffice medewerkersBewaken van planning, kwaliteit, productiviteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheidOpvolgen van KPI's, SLA's, budgetten en operationele resultatenEfficiënt inzetten van medewerkers, voertuigen, materiaal en middelenOnderhouden van contacten met de opdrachtgever en opvolgen van contractuele afsprakenBehandelen van escalaties, klachten en operationele uitdagingenIdentificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en ondersteunen van de verdere groei van de afdelingSamenwerken met HR rond rekrutering, opleiding en talentontwikkelingOpzetten van verbetertrajecten rond processen, kwaliteit, rapportering en klantbelevingRapporteren aan de directie over prestaties, resultaten en strategische doelstellingen

Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen telecom, service delivery, field services of een technische operationele omgevingJe beschikt over sterke people management vaardigheden en weet teams te motiveren en te ontwikkelenJe hebt ervaring met het sturen op KPI's, planning, kwaliteit en rendementJe bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en opdrachtgeversJe beschikt over financieel inzicht en ervaring met budgetbeheerAffiniteit met telecominstallaties, netwerken of technische dienstverlening is een sterke troefJe communiceert vlot met zowel techniekers, klanten, directie als interne dienstenJe bent resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en stressbestendigJe hebt een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheidJe spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
