Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Business Unit Manager?

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige werking van YOLK als business unit
  • Resultaatgericht bijdragen aan groei en efficiëntie van het geheel
  • Je bouwt de commerciële en operationele koers uit en ziet toe op een correcte uitrol
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van het netwerk van zelfstandige verkopers
  • Je brengt structuur aan in processen rond sales, opvolging van leads, administratie en rapportering
  • Cijfers en KPI's kritisch opvolgen en vertalen naar inzichten
  • Je neemt het voortouw bij commerciële acties, events en andere initiatieven
  • Uniek aanspreekpunt binnen de groep voor alles rond YOLK
  • Nauw overleg en samenwerking met het management en de ondersteunende diensten van GRIDLINK
