The posting

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks management van de business unit, je gaat klantenaanvragen bekijken en prijszetting overmaken om nadien de projecten tot uitvoering te brengen intern.
  • Je focust op duurzame en winstgevende groei binnen de procesindustrie door het beheren van de P&L.
  • Combineert technische expertise met marktkennis om projecten rond procesapparatuur zoals warmtewisselaars, condensors, gaskoelers en drukvaten succesvol te realiseren.
  • Stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan, een klein atelier en project ingenieurs en samen realiseren jullie de projecten.
  • Werkt nauw samen met COO en CEO rond strategische doelen, procesoptimalisatie, kwaliteitscontrole en kostenbeheer.
  • Onderhoudt en versterkt klantrelaties, sluit deals en verhoogt klanttevredenheid via doordacht relatiebeheer en betrouwbare projectuitvoering.
  • Master in de ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur werktuigkunde, gecombineerd met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een relevante technische of technologische sector.
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de procesindustrie, met kennis van P&ID's, functionele diagrammen en procesdocumentatie.
  • Inzicht in pijpleidingen, mechanische structuren en statische procesapparatuur, plus vaardigheden in energiebalansen, stoomsystemen, fysica en thermodynamica.
  • Inspirerende leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, flexibel en oplossingsgericht, gericht op professionalisering en innovatie in het team.
  • Strategisch en zakelijk georiënteerd, met scherp inzicht in marktontwikkelingen, relatiebeheer, procesoptimalisatie, kwaliteitscontrole, kostenbeheer en klanttevredenheid.
