Die energieke collega die relevante ervaring meebrengt, graag het initiatief neemt, makkelijk schakelt met leveranciers en iemand die tot in detail het overzicht houdt. Je hebt al enige ervaring binnen de operationele tak van inkoop en wordt de spil in onze supply chain! Jij zorgt voor het bewaken van levertijden en voor een passend voorraadniveau. Producten en verpakkingen zijn tijdig in huis en je onderhoudt de intensieve contacten met onze leveranciers. Je weet met nieuwe productontwikkelingen ook de juiste leverancier aan ons te binden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse inkoopproces en je werkt nauw samen met verkoop, kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en productontwikkeling. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen interne afdelingen en leveranciers. Dankzij jouw overzicht en communicatie blijven processen soepel verlopen en is de voorraad altijd op peil. : - Sourcing: Het sourcen van leveranciers, die voldoen aan onze strenge kwaliteitseisen, voor nieuw te ontwikkelen producten. - Onderhandeling: Het voeren van commerciële gesprekken over prijzen, volumes, verpakkingen en levervoorwaarden. - Relatiebeheer: Het onderhouden en optimaliseren van contacten met bestaande leveranciers. - Markttrends: Het volgen van grondstofprijzen, verpakkingsinnovaties en trends binnen de foodsector. - Voorraad- en capaciteitsbeheer: Samenwerken met verkoop en productontwikkeling om te zorgen dat de voorraden altijd optimaal zijn afgestemd op de vraag. - Administratie: Het plaatsen en opvolgen van inkooporders, het bewaken van levertijden en signaleren van afwijkingen en de administratieve verwerking van inkoopgegevens in het ERP-systeem ?
