The posting

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in grondwerkzaamheden en het bouwrijp maken van percelen, maar voert werkzaamheden in alle facetten van grond-, weg- en waterbouw uit. Ze hebben een platte organisatiestructuur met een open, informele sfeer, zowel op kantoor als in de uitvoering. Wegens toenemende werkzaamheden zoeken wij voor onze klant een ervaren uitvoerder GWW. Als Uitvoerder GWW ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van de GWW-werkzaamheden. Je stuurt de bouwplaatsmedewerkers aan, overlegt met de werkvoorbereiding en draagt zorg voor veilige werkomstandigheden. Jij hebt alles onder controle en regelt dat alles perfect blijft lopen; jouw planning klopt vrijwel altijd, je medewerkers staan op het juiste moment op de juiste plek en je logistieke proces is goed op orde. De benodigde productiemiddelen zijn op tijd aanwezig en direct in te zetten. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met de uitvoering van infrastructurele werken. Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en bent in het bezit van een diploma MTS/HTS Civiele Techniek. Je hebt kennis van huidige veiligheidsvoorschriften en -richtlijnen en hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit. Daarnaast ben je een sociaal persoon die de kwaliteit beheerst om contacten met opdrachtgevers op te bouwen én te onderhouden.
