  • U stelt gedetailleerde kostprijscalculaties op, waarbij u rekening houdt met materialen, arbeid en bijkomende kosten.
  • U vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers en voert een grondige evaluatie en vergelijking van deze voorstellen uit.
  • U draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het tijdig en accuraat afleveren van offertes.
  • U onderhoudt een nauwkeurige documentatie en zorgt voor de correcte archivering van alle calculaties en prijsvoorstellen.
  • U denkt actief mee over de continue verbetering van de interne calculatieprocessen en -procedures.
  • U communiceert helder met collega's over de gemaakte afspraken en voorzieningen in de offertes.

Vereisten:

  • U beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma in de richting Houttechnologie, Bouw of Interieurarchitectuur.
  • U kunt een stabiel loopbaantraject voorleggen, bij voorkeur met minstens 10 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • U werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en bent vaardig met cijfers.
  • U bent IT-minded en heeft een zeer goede kennis van Excel en andere courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Een basiskennis van AutoCAD en SketchUp wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke troef.
  • U stelt zich collegiaal, betrokken en communicatief op binnen de organisatie.
  • U heeft een flexibele werkingesteldheid.
