Ben jij sterk met cijfers, maar wil je vooral zien wat er achter die cijfers gebouwd wordt? Voor een gevestigd bouwbedrijf in Kalmthout zoeken we een calculator die bouwplannen kan vertalen naar een duidelijke en realistische kostprijs.

Je krijgt een belangrijke rol vóór de start van een project. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hoeveelheden, materialen en kosten kloppen en legt zo mee de basis voor een goede uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen? Als calculator analyseer je nieuwe bouwprojecten en maak je een correcte inschatting van de benodigde materialen, hoeveelheden en kosten.

Concreet zal je onder andere:

  • plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten analyseren;
  • hoeveelheden berekenen en kostprijzen opmaken;
  • prijzen en offertes opvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • verschillende prijsvoorstellen vergelijken;
  • offertes en calculaties voorbereiden;
  • technische informatie verzamelen en controleren;
  • overleggen met collega's over de haalbaarheid en aanpak van projecten;
  • dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat alle informatie compleet is.

Je hoeft dus niet alleen goed te kunnen rekenen. Je moet ook graag uitzoeken, vergelijken en meedenken.

We zoeken vooral iemand die bouwtechnisch inzicht combineert met een sterk cijfermatig gevoel.

Je:

  • hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond door opleiding en/of ervaring;
  • kunt bouwplannen lezen en interpreteren;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • bent analytisch en hebt feeling voor cijfers;
  • kunt zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook gemakkelijk met collega's;
  • bent vlot met de computer en leert nieuwe programma's snel aan.

Heb je al ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider of in een andere technisch-administratieve functie binnen de bouw? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt. Nog geen jaren ervaring, maar wel een stevige bouwkundige basis en zin om calculatie onder de knie te krijgen? Ook dan horen we graag van je.
