Bij HulstFlier werk je aan projecten waar jouw technisch inzicht het verschil maakt. Geen standaard invuloefening, maar projecten waarin je installaties moet doorgronden, keuzes maakt en bepaalt wat een slimme en haalbare aanpak is. Je werkt aan verschillende soorten projecten, zoals utiliteitsprojecten, grote appartement complexen, parkeergarages, kantoren, industriële omgevingen en het verduurzamen van bestaande gebouwen. Projecten waarin je echt wordt uitgedaagd en waarin jouw ervaring en inzicht bepalend zijn voor het resultaat. Je duikt in tekeningen, bestekken en technische omschrijvingen en vertaalt dit naar een kostprijs die klopt. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar hoeveelheden, maar vooral naar hoe het daadwerkelijk gemaakt wordt. Je begrijpt hoe installaties worden opgebouwd en waar het in de uitvoering mis kan gaan. Als senior calculator neem je hierin vanzelfsprekend de lead. Je overziet het geheel, stelt prioriteiten en maakt keuzes die impact hebben op het project. Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor projectleiders, engineers en opdrachtgevers. Je werkt met onder andere warmtepompen, duurzame systemen, ventilatie en andere HVAC-installaties, maar ook met loodgieterswerk en sanitairtechniek. Daarnaast denk je mee over energieconcepten en nieuwe oplossingen. Je hebt daarin de ruimte om creatief te zijn en samen met opdrachtgevers te bepalen wat technisch en praktisch haalbaar is, binnen budget. Je bepaalt hoeveel materiaal, uren en middelen nodig zijn en maakt daarin bewuste keuzes. Welke oplossing is technisch het beste? Wat is praktisch uitvoerbaar?
