Ben jij klaar om je ervaring in te zetten bij toonaangevende woningbouwprojecten, gebiedsontwikkelingen en utiliteitsbouw? Als calculator of kostendeskundige speel je een sleutelrol: met jouw scherpe inzichten en heldere berekeningen vertaal je complexe plannen naar nauwkeurige ramingen en gedetailleerde begrotingen. Dit is jouw kans om impact te maken op uitdagende projecten én het verschil te maken in de bouw van morgen. Dit wordt jouw baan Als calculator of kostendeskundige ben jij toe aan een nieuwe stap in je loopbaan. Jouw kracht zit 'm in een scherpe prijsvorming, objectieve kostenindicatie en in je kennis van de woning en utiliteitsbouw. Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het team rondom de prijsvorming van onze (gestapelde)woningbouwprojecten, gebiedsontwikkelingen en utilitaire projecten. Jij bent er helemaal in thuis en komt overtuigend met een volledig, realistisch en haalbaar voorstel aan de klant. Van initiatieffase tot en met de uitvoering stuur je ons de juiste richting op. Jouw ramingen en begrotingen, indicatief of definitief, zijn glashelder. Hoe complex het project ook is, jij maakt een overzichtelijke risicoanalyse, adviseert op de bouwmethodiek en kijkt mee hoe we de prijs nóg scherper kunnen neerzetten. Naar een vakspecialist als jij luisteren we graag en daarom krijg je ook de ruimte om mee te denken over verschillende processen, digitalisering en standaardisatie binnen onze vakgroep prijsvorming. Bij Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuid West ga je meerekenen aan tenders en bouwteams, bij een projectgrootte tussen 10 en 120 miljoen.
