Dan is deze functie als Calculator bij een groeiende technische speler in regio Gent een mooie volgende stap.

Onze partner is een internationale specialist in automatische systemen en maakt deel uit van een private internationale groep met een sterke traditie in innovatie en technische kwaliteit. De Belgische organisatie telt vandaag ongeveer 70 medewerkers en is volop in ontwikkeling. Vanuit hun Belgische hub werken verschillende technische en commerciële teams nauw samen om klanten te ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende projecten.

Als Calculator kom je terecht in een team van drie calculators. Je werkt nauw samen met de hoofdcalculator en wordt op termijn zijn rechterhand. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om de werking van de calculatiedienst verder te leren kennen en steeds zelfstandiger prijsaanvragen op te volgen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Calculator volg je prijsaanvragen op die via verschillende kanalen binnenkomen, onder meer via vertegenwoordigers, vaste klanten, architecten en studiebureaus
  • Daarnaast analyseer je plannen, lastenboeken en opmetingen om aanvragen technisch en economisch correct te beoordelen en te vertalen naar een duidelijke offerte
  • Verder neem je contact op met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en leveranciers wanneer bijkomende informatie nodig is om tot een correcte prijsberekening te komen
  • Ook werk je nauw samen met collega's, klanten en externe technisch-commerciële medewerkers en ondersteun je hen bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van offertes voor projecten, productie en service
  • Tot slot bewaak je de vooropgestelde deadlines en werk je steeds nauwkeuriger en zelfstandiger met het eigen ERP-systeem, waarbij je op termijn de rechterhand wordt van de hoofdcalculator
  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een technische of bouwkundige richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Verder ben je communicatief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en blijft ook wanneer verschillende deadlines samenkomen georganiseerd werken
  • Tot slot spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en kan je je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans om klanten, collega's en leveranciers correct te woord te staan
