Als Technisch Bediende Offertes & Projectvoorbereiding ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, verkoop, leveranciers en de interne projectorganisatie. Je werkt offertes uit, maakt calculaties en meetstaten op en vergelijkt prijzen van bouwmaterialen. Daarnaast volg je bestellingen, contracten en verkochte projecten administratief en technisch op. Je zorgt voor een correcte projectoverdracht en houdt projectdocumentatie en prijslijsten up-to-date. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en technische inzicht verloopt de voorbereiding vlot en gestructureerd.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Opstellen, berekenen en opvolgen van offertes, calculaties en meetstaten.
  • Prijzen opvragen, vergelijken en bestellingen en contracten opvolgen.
  • Verkochte projecten technisch en administratief voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent flexibel, proactief, oplossingsgericht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, werkt vlot met software en leert nieuwe programma’s snel aan. Kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
  • Een opleiding Bouw, bouwkundig tekenen of relevante ervaring in de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen.
