In de loop der jaren hebben wij een trouwe klantenkring opgebouwd. Wij werken graag aan langdurige relaties en vinden persoonlijk contact met onze klanten dan ook erg belangrijk. Als familiebedrijf werken wij met een betrokken team van vakmensen. Wij pakken verschillende soorten bouwprojecten aan. Van een complete woningrenovatie of verbouwing tot onderhoudswerkzaamheden: wij zorgen ervoor dat ieder project goed wordt voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Wij werken op een nuchtere en praktische manier. Wij houden van korte lijnen en duidelijkheid en vinden het prettig wanneer collega's elkaar makkelijk weten te vinden. Daarom werken wij nauw samen met de collega's op kantoor en met de mensen die op de bouw actief zijn. De Baan Wij zoeken een Calculator Bouw die ons helpt om nieuwe projecten vooraf goed inzichtelijk te maken. Wij willen weten wat een project gaat kosten voordat wij aan de uitvoering beginnen. Daarom verwachten wij dat je aanvragen zelfstandig kunt uitwerken tot een complete kostprijsberekening en offerte. Je bestudeert tekeningen, documenten en overige projectinformatie en bepaalt op basis daarvan welke werkzaamheden en materialen nodig zijn. Wij werken hiervoor samen met verschillende leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je vraagt prijzen op, vergelijkt de binnengekomen offertes en verwerkt de juiste informatie in de calculatie. Daarbij houden wij rekening met arbeidsuren, materialen, materieel en andere kosten die van invloed zijn op het project. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je niet afwacht wanneer informatie ontbreekt.
