In deze commercieel-technische spilfunctie ben jij de strategische denker die projecten financieel vormgeeft nog voordat de eerste steen is gelegd!

Wat ga je doen? Als calculator draag je een grote verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële slaagkans van onze projecten. Je combineert diepgaand rekenwerk met intern overleg:

  • Je screent binnenkomende aanbestedingen en filtert daar direct de cruciale risico's en financiële kansen uit.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde begrotingen op die de stevige basis vormen voor onze grootschalige constructieprojecten.
  • Je schakelt rechtstreeks met de vakmensen in de eigen productiehal om materiaalbehoeften en betonconstructies perfect af te stemmen.
  • Je optimaliseert dossiers door innovatieve en budgetvriendelijke bouwmethoden voor te stellen die de marktpositie versterken.
  • Je bent een bouwkundig talent met een bachelor in de bouwkunde.
  • Een komma verkeerd kan het verschil maken tussen winst en verlies, je bent nauwkeurig.
