Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig uitwerken van prijscalculaties en meetstaten voor technische en bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, klanten en leveranciers, vertaalt plannen en lastenboeken naar complete dossiers en volgt projecten op van offerte tot nacalculatie.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Analyseren van plannen en lastenboeken en opstellen van gedetailleerde meetstaten;
  • Opstellen van offertes en omzetten naar bestellingen; opvolgen van leverancierscommunicatie.
  • Calculatie en nacalculatie van projecten; bewaken van budgetten en kostprijzen.
  • Technische berekeningen uitvoeren
  • Afstemming met projectleiders over planning, materiaalkeuze en uitvoering.
  • Administratieve opvolging en dossieropbouw; zorgen voor volledige en correcte projectdossiers.
  • Optimaliseren van materiaalgebruik en meedenken over duurzame, kostenefficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een relevante technische of bouwkundige opleiding (ingenieur, bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Je hebt ervaring met meetstaten, lastenboeken en calculatie.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd en werkt ook vlot met Excel en MS Office; ervaring met AutoCAD of calculatiesoftware is een plus.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega’s; kennis van Frans en Engels is een voordeel.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en kan goed samenwerken in een projectteam.
