Als Calculator Planmatig Onderhoud ben je een cruciale schakel tussen de opdrachtgevers, het uitvoeringsteam en de leveranciers. Met jouw uitgebreide ervaring en vakkennis ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van gedetailleerde en nauwkeurige begrotingen voor diverse onderhoud- en renovatieprojecten. Je adviseert projectleiders over kostenefficiënte oplossingen en draagt bij aan de winstgevendheid van projecten door scherp in te kopen en slimme alternatieven te bedenken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Zelfstandig opstellen van calculaties en begrotingen voor planmatig onderhoud en renovatieprojecten; - Analyseren van bestekken en technische documenten; - Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Adviseren over materiaalgebruik, uitvoeringsmethoden en kostenbesparende alternatieven; - Voorbereiden van aanbestedingsdocumenten en -presentaties; - Ondersteunen bij contractonderhandelingen met opdrachtgevers; - Overdragen van projectinformatie aan het uitvoeringsteam; - Evalueren van afgeronde projecten op financieel resultaat en leerpunten.
