Je bent proactief, leergierig en flexibel. Je moet je prettig voelen in een klein team van betrokken mensen die graag zeggen waar het op staat. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en voorbereiden van offertes voor renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten aan de hand van verstrekte gegevens. Je uitdaging is om aanbiedingen te creëren die optimaal aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant, en om alle benodigdheden voor opdrachten tijdig en op de juiste plaats te krijgen. Kortom, een rol die veelzijdigheid en zelfstandigheid vereist. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het berekenen en opstellen van offertes op basis van opnames, bestekken, tekeningen, enzovoort. - Het uitvoeren van bouwfysische- en windbelastingsberekeningen en het maken van CAD-tekeningen. - Het aanvragen van offertes voor onderaanneming, materialen en materieel. - Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Organisatie Op het gebied van dakwerkzaamheden bieden wij een breed scala aan diensten, waaronder onderhoud, renovatie en nieuwbouwprojecten voor diverse klanten. Ons doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat het dak van onze klanten optimaal functioneert en blijft presteren. Naast waterdichtheid, erkennen we ook de belangrijke rol die een dak speelt op het gebied van energiebesparing, energieopwekking, waterbeheer en openbare functies. Op al deze terreinen delen wij onze expertise en ervaring met onze klanten. Wij zijn flexibel en denken graag met onze klanten mee, waarbij klanttevredenheid altijd onze prioriteit is.
