Voor een groeiende onderneming in de staalsector, gevestigd in Vilvoorde, zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator / Werkvoorbereider. Het bedrijf levert staaloplossingen aan professionele klanten in de bouwsector en combineert technische expertise met een klantgerichte en flexibele aanpak.

Om het team verder te versterken, zoeken we een nauwkeurige en communicatieve collega die graag technische dossiers uitwerkt en projecten van offerte tot uitvoering mee opvolgt.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Calculator / Werkvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, de leveranciers en de productie.

  • Je analyseert bouwplannen en meetstaten en vertaalt deze naar correcte en competitieve offertes.
  • Je staat in voor het opmaken en opvolgen van prijsaanvragen en onderhoudt daarbij contact met klanten.
  • Je begeleidt bestellingen van begin tot einde en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie tijdig bij de productie terechtkomt.
  • Je stelt duidelijke werkplaatsinstructies op en werkt waar nodig technische tekeningen uit.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt de ontvangen offertes.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en zoekt naar passende technische en commerciële oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de productie en rapporteert aan de commercieel verantwoordelijke.
  • Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding, zodat je de producten, werkwijze en technische mogelijkheden goed leert kennen.

  • We zoeken iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een gestructureerde werkstijl en een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding in een technische richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector, staalconstructies of metaalbewerking.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met een tekenprogramma zoals AutoCAD of Tekla.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt dossiers consequent op en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je woont op een haalbare woon-werkafstand van Vilvoorde.
