Als Call Agent speel je een belangrijke rol in de vlotte uitrol van digitale meters. Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord, plant afspraken in en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen correct worden opgevolgd. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de planning vlot verloopt en klanten op een duidelijke en professionele manier worden geholpen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je plant telefonisch afspraken met klanten in voor de installatie van digitale meters, en je herboekt of annuleert afspraken wanneer nodig.
  • Je contacteert proactief klanten wanneer er wijzigingen zijn in de planning.
  • Je beantwoordt niet-technische vragen van klanten en informeert hen op een klantvriendelijke manier.
  • Je registreert alle klantcontacten en belpogingen nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je werkt volgens vaste communicatiescripts en richtlijnen om klanten correct en uniform te informeren.
  • Je volgt de gemaakte afspraken en instructies op en draagt bij aan een efficiënte organisatie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt (DE, ENG, FR).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt voldoende administratieve vaardigheden om gegevens correct te verwerken.
  • Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en blijft professioneel, ook wanneer de planning verandert of het druk is.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, volgt instructies correct op en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Een eerste ervaring in een callcenter, klantendienst of planning is een pluspunt.
  • Je diploma is minder belangrijk dan je motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en praktische ingesteldheid.
