Functiebeschrijving

  • Als call agent ben je dé stem van ons donorteam.
  • Je speelt een cruciale rol in het behoud van onze levensreddende bloed- en plasmavoorraad door donoren op te bellen en hen te motiveren om een nieuwe donatieafspraak te maken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze donoren zich gewaardeerd voelen en helpt hen bij de planning van hun volgende afspraak.
  • Je geeft donoren informatie omtrent hun donatie.
  • Je bent ambassadeur van Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief benaderen van onze trouwe en/of nieuwe donoren om nieuwe donatieafspraken in te plannen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van donoren en hen voorzien van de juiste informatie.
  • Bijhouden van afspraken en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.
  • Donoren enthousiasmeren en bedanken voor hun waardevolle bijdrage.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt uitstekende luistervaardigheden.
  • Je hebt het nodige geduld om op een zeer correcte manier telefoongesprekken uit te voeren.
  • Moeilijke telefoongesprekken schrikken jou niet af.
  • Je hebt een sterke overtuigingskracht.
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld.
  • Je hebt een vriendelijke en duidelijke telefoonstem.
  • Je bent snel vertrouwd met nieuwe (bedrijfs)applicaties.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken volgens volgend schema (en mogelijks ook eventuele andere momenten volgens de noden van de bloedproducten): Maandag, dinsdag en donderdag: van 16u tot 19u45 Woensdag: van 12u tot 15u Vrijdag: 12u tot 15u45
  • Ervaring met telefonisch klantencontact is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een groot hart voor Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen en onze missie.
