Gespecialiseerd in B2B verkoop én met een eigen merknaam is dit bedrijf een groeiende waarde in West-Vlaanderen.

Samen met ruim 180 werknemers verspreidt over België, Nederland en Duitsland zorg je voor het produceren en verdelen van medische producten.

Een goed gesprek kan het begin zijn van een succesvolle samenwerking. Daarom zoekt Let's Work voor een klant in regio Roeselare een call agent deeltijds.

Jij bent de stem van het bedrijf, legt dagelijks contact met klanten en prospecten en zorgt voor een goed gevulde agenda voor de vertegenwoordigers. Voor jouw inzet ontvang je een bruto maandloon tussen €1.250 en €1.850 volgens ervaring, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, een deeltijdse tewerkstelling van 30 uur of 4/5 en een mooie verlofregeling. Jouw dag als callcentermedewerker ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Vanuit de databestand bel je klanten en prospecten op
  • Na een gezellig gesprek, plan je een afspraak in voor de vertegenwoordiger
  • Hierna pas je het databestand aan met de juiste gegevens
  • Je verwerkt de administratieve documenten voor de sales afdeling, biedt gerichte ondersteuning en zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van de verschillende sectoren
  • Op het einde van dag lever je een kwalitatieve agenda af
  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs en hebt een achtergrond in administratie of verkoop
  • Telefonisch contact ligt je goed en je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met klanten
  • Een assertieve en communicatieve aanpak typeert je, waarbij je rustig blijft onder druk en commercieel denkt
  • De werkdag loopt normaal tot 17u, waarbij flexibiliteit belangrijk is als het eens uitloopt
