Jij bent wat ze noemen een echte mensen-mens? Je houdt van sociaal contact en bent (telefonisch) communicatief sterk?

Voor een telesecretariaat gevestigd in Genk, selecteren we een call agent om het team te versterken. Iemand met een vlotte babbel! Want als call agent onderhoud je telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten gaande van uitzendkantoren, sociaal secretariaten tot grote bedrijven,... Je wordt uitgedaagd om elk gesprek in goede banen te leiden, te luisteren, informatie te noteren en gegevens door te geven volgens instructies van de klant. Je werkt hiervoor in het bedrijfseigen software systeem, maar ook in de online agenda of andere programma's van de klant.

Takenpakket;

  • Je beantwoordt oproepen en schakelt indien nodig de oproepen door naar de gepaste gesprekspartner (technicus, verkoper, klantverantwoordelijke,...)
  • Je controleert de identiteit en de gegevens van de persoon van wie de oproep komt en maakt de nodige notities (klantnummer, adres, ...)
  • Je vult digitale opvolgingsdocumenten in van de oproep zodat hun klanten meteen weten welke oproepen zijn beantwoord
  • Je informeert klanten over de diensten en adviseert hen bij hun keuze
  • Je belt ook bestaande en potentiële klanten op en informeert hen over nieuwe of gewijzigde producten of diensten.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het NEDERLANDS en FRANS.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling, ook in uurrooster: er wordt een grote mate van flexibiliteit gevraagd, maar ook gegeven.
  • 20u of 25u/week- je werkt in vroege-, late- en dagshiften.
  • 32u/week- ben jij vooral actief in de avonduren? . focus op avond-shiften met 2 nachtshiften per maand en af en toe een vervanging bij verlof of ziekte van vaste nachtwerkers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en taakgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent goed in klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Eerdere relevante werkervaring is een plus maar geen vereiste.
