Wir suchen ab sofort einen Call-Center-Agent für den Bereich Inbound -Telefonie (m/w/d)

* Arbeitsstunden: 20 bis 40 Wochenstunden (Teilzeit bis Vollzeit)

* Arbeitsort: Wien 1020 oder 1210

* Start: Mitte Oktober/Anfang November

* Servicezeiten: Mo-So rund um die Uhr (24/7-Schichtbetrieb) 1 Call-Center-Agent (m/w/d) - Gesundheitsberatung Wien Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erste Anlaufstelle im Inbound-Bereich für die Gesundheitsberatung

* Beauskunftung am Servicetelefon laut Wissensdatenbank (WDB)

* Präzise Datenaufnahme bei Beschwerden/Symptomen und direkte Weiterleitung an den 2nd Level

* Prozessgenaue, sorgfältige und vertrauliche Eingabe aller Daten im System

* Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und empathische Kommunikation mit Anruferinnen und Anrufern

Ihr Profil:

* Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie hervorragende Rechtschreibung

* Gute EDV- & PC-Grundkenntnisse (MS Office)

* Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Schicht-, Spät- und Nachtdienste (24/7)

* Dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Haltung, hohes Maß an Hilfsbereitschaft und Empathie

* Präzise, prozesstreue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - auch bei hohem Anrufaufkommen

* Teamfähigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Stressresistenz und aktives Zuhören

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung in vorgegebene Abläufe

* Attraktive Nachtdienst-Vergütung: Für jede geleistete Normalarbeitsstunde in der Nachtzeit (22:00-06:00 Uhr) erhalten Sie eine erhöhte Sondervergütung von € 4,00 / Std. (über KV-Niveau) plus 15 % Zuschlag pro Stunde.

* Einsatz im Raum Wien mit sehr guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung
