The posting

Als polyvalent carrossier voer je op basis van werkorders de nodige carrosserieherstellingen uit voor voertuigen van diverse merken. Je werkt nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan een kwalitatief hoogwaardig eindresultaat.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Uitdeuken en herstellen van koetswerkonderdelen.
  • Vervangen van beschadigde onderdelen.
  • Toepassen van basale lasprocedés volgens voorschriften.
  • Herstellen en bijwerken van kunststofonderdelen.
  • Monteren en demonteren van mechanische voertuigonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van controles op aandrijving, ophanging en chassis.
  • Voorbereiden van oppervlakken voor lakwerk: reinigen, plamuren en schuren.
  • Schuren van nieuwe onderdelen en zorgvuldig afplakken, stofvrij maken en ontvetten van voertuigen.
  • Aanbrengen van grondverven als voorbereiding op spuitwerk.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een carrosserie-omgeving of een afgeronde carrosserie-opleiding.
  • Ervaring met meerdere automerken.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed functioneren in een team.
  • HEV2-attest en/of Airco-certificaat zijn een plus.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
