FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij een passie voor auto's en oog voor detail? Werk je graag aan kwalitatieve carrosserieherstellingen en haal je voldoening uit perfect afgewerkt werk? Dan is deze functie als Carrossier - Plaatslager iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in het Vehicle Processing Center (VPC), een gespecialiseerde afdeling waar nieuwe voertuigen klaar worden gemaakt voor levering aan dealers in de Benelux. Daarnaast herstel je schade die tijdens het logistieke proces aan voertuigen werd veroorzaakt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je voert carrosserieherstellingen uit aan beschadigde voertuigen.
  • Je staat in voor het uitdeuken, vlakmaken en herstellen van carrosserieonderdelen.
  • Je geeft onderdelen opnieuw hun oorspronkelijke vorm en afwerking.
  • Je volgt de werkplanning en prioriteiten zoals bepaald door de coördinator.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat herstellingen kwalitatief, nauwkeurig en volgens de vooropgestelde normen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je werkt mee aan een vlotte doorstroming van de voertuigen binnen het VPC.

PROFIEL

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde vakman met een passie voor auto's.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je volgde een opleiding carrosserie of beschikt over relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in voertuigen en autotechniek.
  • Ervaring in een spuiterij is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en jouw werkzaamheden goed organiseren.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken indien nodig.
  • Je streeft steeds naar een kwalitatieve afwerking zonder het werktempo uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en helpt collega's waar nodig.
  • Je blijft rustig functioneren in drukke periodes.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en levert verzorgd werk af.
