FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij ervaring als autospuiter en werk je graag met oog voor detail? Krijg je voldoening van een perfect afgewerkt voertuig? Dan is deze functie als Carrossier - Spuiter iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in het Vehicle Processing Center (VPC), een gespecialiseerde afdeling waar nieuwe voertuigen worden klaargemaakt voor levering aan dealers in de Benelux. Daarnaast herstel je schade die tijdens het transport of de logistieke keten is ontstaan.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je voert carrosserieherstellingen uit aan beschadigde voertuigen.
  • Je bereidt voertuigen voor op het spuitwerk door oppervlakken grondig te reinigen, schuren en af te plakken.
  • Je brengt grondlagen, verf- en laklagen professioneel aan.
  • Je spuit voertuigen en onderdelen volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je werkt spuitfouten weg door te schuren, polieren en waar nodig opnieuw te lakken.
  • Je herstelt schade aan koetswerk en zorgt voor een perfecte afwerking.
  • Je volgt de vooropgestelde planning en prioriteiten in overleg met je coördinator.
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlotte doorstroming van de voertuigen binnen het VPC.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren en nauwkeurige vakman met een passie voor auto's en afwerking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als carrossier of autospuiter.
  • Je kan zelfstandig carrosserieplaten herstellen en voorbereiden voor spuitwerk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met schuren, plamuren en het aanbrengen van grondlagen.
  • Je kan schade aan koetswerk professioneel herstellen.
  • Ervaring met multispot-technieken is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en levert steeds kwalitatief werk af.
  • Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een vlot werktempo.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.
