Medewerker Wasstraat - Regio Maaseik Ben jij de daadkrachtige medewerker die wij zoeken voor onze wasstraatlocatie in Maaseik? In deze deeltijdse functie fungeer je als het visitekaartje voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat voertuigen en de werkplek er verzorgd uitzien. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en bent flexibel inzetbaar.

  • Ben je bereid om onregelmatig te werken, inclusief avonden en weekends?
  • Kun je goed omgaan met stress en zelfstandig werken?

In jouw takenpakket vallen onder andere:

  • Klantvriendelijk ontvangen en te woord staan; vragen en klachten adequaat afhandelen of doorverwijzen.
  • Betalingen verwerken (pin/cash) en artikelen correct overhandigen.
  • Voertuigen begeleiden in de tunnel, voorwassen, afspoelen en droogmaken.
  • Interieur reinigen en stofzuigen wanneer nodig.
  • Bedienen en controleren van de wasstraat, kassa- en andere systemen.
  • Locatie voorbereiden voor opening en afsluiten na dienst.
  • Korte onderhoudswerkzaamheden en preventieve controles van apparatuur uitvoeren.
  • Leveringen aannemen, controleren en voorraad aanvullen.
  • Assisteren bij voorraadbeheer en (eventueel) bijstellingen of bestellingen.
  • Deelnemen aan teamoverleg en aanvullende taken uitvoeren zoals toegewezen door de leiding.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands in woord en schrift.
  • Ervaring met klantencontact is gewenst.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting klanten en collega's.
  • In staat om werkinstructies en documentatie te lezen en op te volgen.
  • Bedreven in het bedienen van machines en apparatuur die in de wasstraat worden gebruikt.
  • Basisrekenvaardigheden (optellen, aftrekken, vermenigvuldigen, delen, breuken en procenten).
  • Stressbestendig en in staat zelfstandig te werken met beperkte sturing.
  • Bereid en in staat om op ladders te werken voor onderhoud of plaatsing van borden.
  • Beschikbaar op onregelmatige tijden, avonden en in het weekend; inzet op zaterdag is vereist.
