Rôle

En tant que Category Manager, vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie de vos catégories de produits afin d’en assurer la performance et la rentabilité.

Missions

  • Développer et optimiser l’assortiment
  • Définir la stratégie de prix et les actions promotionnelles
  • Analyser les performances et les KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Encadrer et accompagner votre équipe
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Vente, Marketing et Logistique

Profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience en category management, achats ou retail
  • Vous avez un excellent sens commercial et un esprit analytique développé
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et l’analyse des KPI
  • Vous avez déjà encadré ou coordonné une équipe
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), structuré(e) et orienté(e) résultats
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils analytiques tels que ERP, Power BI et Office 365
