Au sein d’un environnement technologique en pleine croissance, le CFO joue un rôle stratégique dans la structuration financière et l’accompagnement de l’expansion internationale. L’entreprise évolue rapidement sur plusieurs marchés européens et recherche un profil capable de porter la vision financière tout en consolidant la gouvernance interne.

  • Préparer et mener la levée de fonds Série B en collaboration avec la direction et les investisseurs.
  • Élaborer le modèle financier, le business plan, la data room et coordonner les due diligences.
  • Piloter la stratégie de financement, dilutif et non dilutif, ainsi que les relations bancaires.
  • Fournir une analyse proactive des décisions stratégiques : budget, forecast, cash, KPI SaaS, scénarios et allocation des ressources.
  • Garantir la gouvernance financière : fiabilité des comptes, clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, contrôles internes, obligations légales et qualité du reporting.
  • Assurer la relation financière avec les investisseurs et le board, incluant la préparation des conseils et le suivi des questions financières.
  • Encadrer et développer l’équipe Finance composée d’un Finance Manager, d’un Senior Accountant et d’un futur Credit & Collection Specialist.
  • Challenger les décisions du leadership team sur les sujets à impact financier : pricing, expansion internationale, investissements et allocation du capital.

Cette fonction de CFO offre l’opportunité unique de construire la structure financière d’une scale‑up en pleine accélération.

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que CFO, VP Finance ou Directeur Financier dans un environnement SaaS financé par du venture capital ou du private equity.
  • Participation antérieure à une levée de fonds Série B ou à une transaction financière structurante.
  • Solides compétences en comptabilité, gouvernance financière et contrôle interne.
  • Capacité à challenger la direction, le board ou les partenaires financiers avec pragmatisme.
  • Aptitude à simplifier des sujets financiers complexes.
  • Capacité à porter un projet entrepreneurial avec conviction.
  • Flexibilité pour passer d’une discussion stratégique à un sujet opérationnel concret.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Atout supplémentaire : expérience dans une scale‑up internationale ou expertise business complémentaire.
