Le·a chargé·e de projet coordonnera le pôle Education Permanente, contribuera à la conception d'outils pédagogiques et d'études, à leur diffusion via la communication et l'organisation d'événements et à l'animation d'ateliers pour des groupes d'adultes.

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Maîtrise de l'arabe à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Solides compétences en recherche qualitative et transformation des savoirs en contenus accessibles
  • Expérience en éducation permanente, particulièrement sur les axes 1 et 3
  • Expérience professionnelle dans la conception d'outils pédagogiques et de leur diffusion
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, incluant planification, coordination et suivi
  • Expérience dans la conception et l'animation d'ateliers sur le genre et les discriminations
  • Connaissance approfondie des luttes féministes, anti-racistes et des enjeux géopolitiques du monde arabe (région Maghreb et Asie de l'Ouest)
  • Connaissance du réseau associatif féministe et anti-raciste bruxellois
  • Compréhension des réalités migratoires, de l'inclusion et des discriminations structurelles
  • Connaissance des droits humains, de la justice de genre et des violences basées sur le genre à travers un prisme décolonial
  • Faculté de collaboration avec des partenaires internationaux en Belgique et dans le monde arabe
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques, rédactionnelles et capacité à travailler en autonomie
