The posting

Het bedrijf werd in 1934 in Hoofddorp, Nederland, opgericht door Aris Verduyn en startte met zandtransport.

Al snel breidde het bedrijf uit naar het transport en het sproeien van bitumen. In 1965 trad de tweede generatie aan met Joop Verduyn, waarna de groei verder werd doorgezet met een vestiging in België om Noordwest-Europa beter te bedienen.

In 1997 nam de derde generatie, Arjo Verduyn, het roer over. Onder zijn leiding werd het bedrijf verder gemoderniseerd en uitgebreid met het transport van brandstof, containers en broom.

Het bedrijf is uitgegroeid tot een familiebedrijf met een internationale organisatie. De activiteiten in België werden versterkt en de traffic, planning en administratie voor Noordwest-Europa werden daar centraal gevestigd, terwijl het hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp bleef.

In 2007 opende het bedrijf een vestiging met planning en administratie in Constanta, Roemenië. Vanuit deze locatie worden Centraal- en Oost-Europa bediend.

Zo ziet je job er uit

Als tankwagenchauffeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, tijdig en klantgericht vervoeren van Bitumen naar asfaltcentrales en dakbedekking fabrikanten. Bitumen is een ADR-product dat vervoerd wordt tussen de 160-220 graden in een oplegger met 1 compartiment. Hierbij duurt het laden of lossen ongeveer een uurtje en zijn er geen lange wachttijden.

Na een gedegen inwerkperiode krijgt u een vrachtwagen en tankoplegger toegewezen waarmee u gemiddeld 2500-3000 kilometer per week rijdt. U zal de gehele week of een gedeelte van de week van huis zijn en toeren door West-Europa. De producten worden voornamelijk geladen bij raffinaderijen en gelost bij verschillende locaties. Geen dag zal hetzelfde zijn bij dit familiebedrijf. Het wordt uw uitdaging om onze klanten te bevoorraden.
