Werk je graag buiten en zie je liever een duidelijke werkdag dan een hele dag achter een bureau te zitten? Dan kan deze job iets voor jou zijn. Je werkt mee aan asfalt- en grondwerken op verschillende werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen: je krijgt de kans om het vak stap voor stap te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt mee bij het aanleggen en herstellen van asfalt, van het voorbereiden van de ondergrond tot de afwerking.
  • Je voert samen met je collega's verschillende taken uit, zoals scheppen, afsteken, vegen en werken met de asfaltrol.
  • Je helpt bij voorbereidende grondwerken, zoals het uitbreken van een oude parking en het klaarmaken van de ondergrond.
  • Je werkt mee aan grondwerken zoals rioleringsbuizen, regenputten, septische putten en het plaatsen van klinkers.
  • Je leert stap voor stap werken met machines en kan op termijn doorgroeien naar het bedienen van een kraan.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een groeiend familiebedrijf met een kleine ploeg en een praktische aanpak. Je werkt samen met collega's op werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, waarbij iedereen zijn deel van het werk opneemt. De zaakvoerder werkt zelf mee en staat mee op de werf wanneer dat nodig is. Je krijgt duidelijke uitleg en leert het vak vooral door mee te werken en ervaring op te doen. Je kan terecht bij een vast aanspreekpunt voor praktische afspraken en opvolging.

  • Je hebt vooral goesting om te werken en bent bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en hebt geen probleem met fysiek werk.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, komt afspraken na en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je staat open om nieuwe dingen te leren en pikt praktische uitleg snel op.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs CE.
