Onze klant is een kleinschalig familiebedrijf uit Harelbeke dat actief is in het goederenvervoer over de weg, met een grote focus op het transport met zeecontainers. Het bedrijf bestaat op vandaag reeds 24 jaar en staat enorm bekend om zijn persoonlijke aanpak en jarenlange ervaring in de transportsector. Met een klein en hecht team verzorgd de onderneming transportopdrachten van en naar de havens en logistieke centra waarbij betrouwbaarheid en flexibiliteit centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als chauffeur CE voor deze firma ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de containers netjes van punt A naar punt B geraken.

Hoe zou jouw dag er ongeveer uitzien?:

  • Containers ophalen en leveren bij klanten en havens (vooral Antwerpen en Zeebrugge)
  • Containers op de correcte manier aankoppelen en loskoppelen - geen zorgen, dit zal snel routine worden
  • Geduld uitoefenen op de havens en in het verkeer - hét verborgen talent van elke chauffeur
  • Navigeren door de havens en industrieterreinen alsof het je 2e thuis is

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wij zoeken:

  • Een chauffeur CE met een geldig rijbewijs CE geldige vakbekwaamheid geldige medische keuring
  • Iemand met toch al een kleine ervaring als CE chauffeur - hoeft niet specifiek zeecontainertransport te zijn, maar is mooi meegenomen
  • Iemand die in het bezit is van de nodige stressbestendigheid - havens, verkeer en wachttijden horen helaas regelmatig bij dit type werk
  • Iemand die de nodige portie verantwoordelijkheid bezit - klanten rekenen uiteraard op een tijdige levering of afhaling

De ideale collega is iemand...

  • We zoeken een chauffeur CE die graag onderweg is en zijn job met gezond verstand en een beetje humor aanpakt
  • Ervaring met containertransport is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must
  • De ideale collega is iemand die vlot zelfstandig aan de slag kan gaan, rustig blijft bij fille of wachttijden en correct omgaat met zijn vrachtwagen en materiaal
  • In een klein team zoals dit telt ook de klik met collega's: een beetje collegialiteit en een goede babbel onderweg maken het werk alleen maar aangenamer
  • Je komt terecht in een klein, familiaal transportbedrijf waar je absoluut geen nummer bent
