Notre entreprise recherche actuellement des livreurs/livreuses permis B à temps plein pour une durée déterminée avec possibilité, pour une partie des candidats engagés, d'évoluer vers un contrat à durée indéterminée.

Ce que vous faites:

  • Satisfaire chaque client;
  • Travailler dans une région fixe avec des itinéraires différents chaque jour;
  • Dans la camionnette, chanter à tue-tête les plus gros tubes.

Votre profil:

  • Vous avez une approche centrée sur le client. Pour vous, le client est vraiment roi;
  • Vous parlez et comprenez le français (Niveau B1 minimum);
  • Vous êtes en bonne condition physique;
  • Vous êtes professionnel en toute circonstance;
  • Vous n'avez aucun problème à respecter la hiérarchie, les procédures, le matériel mis à votre disposition et vos collègue;
  • Vous disposez d'un moyen de locomotion motorisé pour le trajet domicile/travail (vous serez amené certains jours à réaliser des gardes et donc à rejoindre rapidement l'entreprise si vous êtes rappelé);
  • Vous êtes flexible;
  • Vous venez en aide à vos collègues car la réussite de toute l’équipe est votre réussite; (chez nous, tout le monde s'aide et rentre en même temps au dépôt)
  • Vous êtes capable de conduire de manière sûre. Vous possédez un permis de conduire B européenpour les voitures avec boite manuelle depuis au moins 2 ans !
  • Vous êtes prêts à présenter votre extrait de bonne vie & mœurs et le certificat de sinistralité de votre assurance ;
  • Avoir une aide financière à l'emploi est un plus (Impulsion, Incitant Job Plus, art. 60-61, etc).

Ce que vous recevez

  • En tant que livreur, vous percevez 14,9255 € par heure.
  • Vous avez droit à une indemnité RGPT de 1,75 € net par heure prestée. Si vous prestez 38 heures par semaine sur le mois, vous avez droit à un montant supplémentaire d'environ 287 € net.
  • Des horaires de travail flexibles. Vous êtes disponible du lundi au dimanche entre 11h00 et 22h00 (horaire non-négociable).
  • Vous travaillez 5 jours/semaine (jours fériés inclus) et 9h00 par jour.
  • 20 jours de congé pour un poste à plein temps.
  • Des possibilités d'évolution.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée possible (après succession de CDD)
  • Une prime de fin d’année (versée directement par le FSTL)
  • Un pécule de vacances. Pour une année complète de travail à temps plein, vous toucherez entre 2800€ et 4500€ en fonction de votre situation
  • Une assurance hospitalisation après 6 mois de travail
