Notre client est un acteur reconnu du secteur des assurances, implanté au cœur de Bruxelles et évoluant dans un environnement international et fortement réglementé.

Vous rejoindrez une organisation structurée, dotée d'un département Finance composé de plusieurs équipes spécialisées. Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activités, l'entreprise souhaite intégrer un Chef Comptable capable de garantir la qualité des comptes tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l'évolution des processus financiers.

Votre fonction

En tant que Chef Comptable, vous supervisez la comptabilité de l'entité belge et êtes responsable de la fiabilité des données financières.

Vous combinez une dimension opérationnelle avec un rôle de coordination : vous accompagnez l'équipe comptable, pilotez les clôtures et assurez le lien avec le contrôle de gestion, la direction financière et les auditeurs externes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale et garantir la correcte tenue des comptes ;
  • Coordonner les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ;
  • Contrôler les écritures, provisions, réconciliations et opérations de clôture ;
  • Assurer la préparation des comptes annuels et obligations légales ;
  • Superviser les déclarations TVA et les différents reportings financiers ;
  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des auditeurs externes et autres partenaires financiers ;
  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences l'équipe comptable ;
  • Collaborer avec le contrôle de gestion et la direction financière sur les analyses et reportings ;
  • Participer à l'optimisation des processus, outils et contrôles internes ;

Veiller au respect des procédures comptables et du cadre réglementaire applicable au secteur des assurances.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un Bachelier ou Master en comptabilité, finance ou économie ;
  • Vous avez au moins 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont une expérience significative dans une fonction de coordination ou de supervision ;
  • Une expérience dans le secteur des assurances ou des services financiers constitue un réel atout ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la comptabilité belge et les processus de clôture ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel et les ERP comptables ;
  • Vous êtes structuré, rigoureux, autonome et disposez d'un bon leadership ;
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais ; le néerlandais constitue un plus.
