Notre client est un groupe de distribution de premier plan, actif sur plusieurs sites en Belgique. Dans un contexte de transformation et de croissance, l'entreprise souhaite renforcer son département financier avec un Chef Comptable capable d'allier expertise technique, leadership et vision d'amélioration continue.

Au-delà de la supervision comptable, ce poste offre une véritable opportunité d'influencer les processus, d'accompagner la digitalisation du département et de contribuer activement à la performance financière de l'organisation.

Votre fonction

En tant que Chef Comptable, vous êtes responsable de la qualité, de la fiabilité et de l'organisation de la fonction comptable pour plusieurs entités opérationnelles.

Gestion comptable & fiscale

  • Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de comptabilité générale, auxiliaire et analytique
  • Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles dans le respect des délais
  • Garantir la conformité aux normes comptables belges ainsi qu'aux obligations fiscales
  • Coordonner les audits externes et assurer le suivi des contrôles financiers
  • Superviser les réconciliations et la qualité des données comptables

Management & développement d'équipe

  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe comptable d'une dizaine de collaborateurs
  • Organiser les priorités, répartir les responsabilités et assurer la montée en compétences des équipes
  • Instaurer une culture d'excellence, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue
  • Accompagner les équipes dans les projets de changement et de transformation

Optimisation & transformation

  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus financiers et comptables
  • Participer à la digitalisation et à l'automatisation des flux administratifs et financiers
  • Développer des outils de pilotage, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance
  • Renforcer les procédures internes et les mécanismes de contrôle

Reporting & partenariat avec la direction

  • Produire et analyser les reportings financiers destinés à la direction
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets et au suivi des performances
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et des flux inter-sociétés
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires externes tels que les banques, auditeurs et conseillers financiers

Profil recherché

  • Bachelier ou Master en Comptabilité, Finance ou domaine similaire
  • Minimum 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont une expérience confirmée en management d'équipe
  • Excellente maîtrise du BE GAAP et de la fiscalité belge
  • Expérience dans des environnements multi-entités
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et affinité avec les outils ERP et de reporting
  • Français et néerlandais indispensables ; l'anglais constitue un atout
  • Leadership naturel, esprit analytique et orientation résultats
  • Sens du changement et volonté d'améliorer les processus existants
