Notre client est une entreprise chaleureuse et familiale, qui a bâti une solide réputation dans le secteur alimentaire. Ce qui a commencé comme une petite structure est devenu un fournisseur polyvalent pour les snacks et les professionnels de l’alimentation. L’assortiment étendu comprend aussi bien des produits alimentaires que divers articles nécessaires, destinés aux clients professionnels et particuliers.

Pour ce commerce de détail bien établi, nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe de nuit chargé de diriger l’équipe de nuit et de contribuer à un fonctionnement fluide et efficace du processus de préparation de commandes.

Vos tâches

  • Diriger, encadrer et motiver l’équipe de préparateurs de commandes de nuit
  • Coordonner et suivre la préparation des commandes
  • Veiller à l’exactitude, la qualité et l’exhaustivité des commandes
  • Participer aux tâches et donner l’exemple sur le terrain si nécessaire
  • Assurer une planification et une répartition des tâches efficaces pendant le shift de nuit
  • Veiller à l’ordre, la propreté et la sécurité dans les zones de travail
  • Travailler dans un environnement réfrigéré et de congélation
  • Emploi à temps plein (38h/semaine) en équipe de nuit fixe du dimanche soir au vendredi matin

Vous avez ou êtes :

  • De l’experience en logistique, préparation de commandes ou travail en entrepôt
  • Des capacités de leadership ou prêt à assumer ce rôle
  • À l’aise avec le travail physique et les environnements froids
  • Choisissant consciemment un poste de nuit fixe
  • Fort en organisation, communication et résolution de problèmes
  • Flexible et disposé à travailler plus longtemps si nécessaire
  • Une expérience avec un chariot élévateur ou un transpalette électrique (atout)
