Vous coordonnez les équipes et les moyens pour assurer une exécution sûre, fluide et de qualité, en lien étroit avec les parties prenantes du projet. Au fil des projets de construction métallique, de tuyauterie et de chaudronnerie, votre organisation permet des avancées concrètes et visibles sur le terrain.

Votre mission se déroule : Ans.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • vous préparez le chantier en amont : qualité, accès, sécurité, modes opératoires, planning, besoins en main-d’œuvre et rédaction des réquisitions
  • vous coordonnez les équipes sur site et assurez une communication continue avec le client
  • vous suivez la qualité, l’application des procédures, l’avancement des travaux et les actions d’amélioration
  • vous organisez le repli du chantier : sortie du matériel, nettoyage, réception des travaux, suivi des suppléments et claims
  • vous contribuez à la productivité et aux résultats des chantiers, en lien avec les équipes
  • vous réalisez un reporting régulier sur l’avancement et les écarts par rapport au planning
  • vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement
  • vous relayez les besoins de l’équipe en matière de formations, de matériel et d’organisation
  • vous vous déplacez sur les chantiers en Belgique afin d’assurer une présence terrain régulière

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • une formation technique ou une expérience confirmée en conduite de chantier
  • une bonne connaissance de la construction métallique, de la chaudronnerie ou de la soudure
  • des compétences en organisation, coordination et accompagnement d’équipes
  • la capacité à analyser des situations techniques et à proposer des solutions concrètes
  • une communication claire et constructive avec clients, entrepreneurs et inspecteurs
  • la possibilité de vous déplacer régulièrement en Belgique
  • la connaissance de l’anglais, de l’espagnol et/ou du néerlandais comme atout complémentaire
