Unser Regionalmanager begann seine Laufbahn im Hotel Kitzhof als Sommelier, unser Sous Chef und unser 2. Küchenchef als Commis, unser Restaurantleiter als Chef de Rang - und die Liste ließe sich fortsetzen. Heute übernehmen sie Verantwortung und sind seit vielen Jahren Teil des Kitzhofs.

Ihr Profil:

* Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Teamfähig und Belastbar

* Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitative, Flexibilität und Kreativität

Ihre Tätigkeit:

* tägliche Erstellung des Mise en place

* Produzieren und Anrichten von Speisen

* Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe auf ihrem Posten

* Sorgsamer und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Rohstoffen

* Sicherstellung unseres hohen Qualitätsanspruches sowie eines optimalen Produktionsablaufes

* Einhalten der HACCP-Richtlinien in der Küche
