in Saisonanstellung (Vollzeitbeschäftigung).

Beschäftigung ab 20. November 2026 bzw. nach Vereinbarung

WAS GIBT ES ZU TUN?

* Die Führung des Postens

* Die qualitativ hochwertige Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen unter Einhaltung unserer Standards

* Einteilung und Führung der zugeteilten Mitarbeiter_innen am Posten

* Verantwortlichkeit für die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach den HACCP-Richtlinien

* Kontrolle des Warenbestandes

* Bestellung in Absprache mit unserem Küchenchef

* Mitverantwortung für einen optimalen Produktionsablauf

* Unterstützung der Küchenbrigade bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben

WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie mit nachweisbarer

* Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Gastgeber-Passion und Liebe zum Detail

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute Lebensmittelkenntnisse

* Saubere und wirtschaftliche sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
