Für unser im April 2019 neu eröffnetes Erwachsenenhotel suchen wir 1 Chef de partie (m/w/d)

Eintritt: 11.12.2026

Das sind deine Aufgaben

- Eigenverantwortliches Führen eines Postens

- Beitragen zu einem positiven Arbeits- und Betriebsklima

- Sorgsamer Umgang mit allen Lebensmitteln und Speisen

- Verantwortung für die Reinhaltung des Arbeitsplatzes

- Verantwortung für eine höfliche und zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung am Buffet (Buffetbetreuung)

- Beitrag zum reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf des Menüs und der Buffets

- Tagesaktuelle Planung und Gestaltung des Menüs und Buffets in Abstimmung mit dem Küchenchef

- Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in der Warenwirtschaftsplanung und Warenkontrolle

- Gewissenhafte Ausführung und Übernahme von übertragenen Aufgaben

- Sorgsamer Umgang mit Geräten und Betriebsmitteln

- Anleitung und fachliche Unterstützung von Lehrlingen und Praktikanten

- Umsetzung der HACCP Richtlinien

- Du hast entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir bieten

- Rahmenarbeitszeit zwischen 09:00 und 21:30 Uhr (Durchdienst von 12:00 bis 21:30 Uhr auch möglich)

- 5 Tage pro Woche (45 Stunden pro Woche)
