MEIN WURMKOGEL boutique superior liegt auf 2000m Seehöhe des bekannten Wintersportort Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Das schneesicherste Skigebiet der Alpen verfügt über 4.000 Gästebetten und beherbergt jährlich rund 85.000 Gäste aus aller Welt.

Die Besonderheit des MEIN WURMKOGELS boutique superior liegt zum einen in der geschmackvollen Ausführung von allen Räumen und deren Einrichtung sowie in der spürbaren Liebe zum Detail.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir von 02.11.2026 bis 14.04.2027 1 Chef de partie (m./w./d.) IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH:

- Verantwortungsvolle Unterstützung der Küchenführung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Halbpensionsmenüs

- Erstellung der Mitarbeiter_innenverpflegung

- Veranwortung für Ihren Posten

- Kontrolle der Küchenhygiene lt. HACCP-Richtlinien

SIE BRINGEN MIT:

- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und entsprechende Berufserfahrung

- Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

- Zuverlässigkeit

- Teamfähigkeit

IHRE ARBEITSZEIT:

- 6-Tage-Woche

- 54 Stunden pro Woche

- Dienstzeit von 07.00 Uhr bis 13:30 Uhr und von 17:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr ODER 11:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr - inklusive Essenszeiten

- die u.a Entlohnung bezieht sich auf eine 40 Stunden Woche
