Für unsere mehrfach ausgezeichnete Genusskrämerei suchen wir eine_n 1 Chef de partie (m/w/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis.

Deine Aufgaben

º Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Postens

º Mise en Place und Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen

º Mitarbeit an saisonalen Menüs und neuen Gerichten

º Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

º Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung jüngerer Kolleg:innen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenchef und Team

Das bringst du mit

º Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung

º Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie oder ambitionierter Demi Chef de Partie

º Leidenschaft für hochwertige Küche und regionale Produkte

º Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

º Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Entlohnung

Das Mindestgehalt richtet sich nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist - abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung - selbstverständlich möglich.
