Wir freuen uns auf dich! 1 Chef de partie (w/m/d) DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs oder Souschefs

* Zuständig für die Herstellung und das Anrichten von warmen/kalten Speisen für Buffets, Bankettveranstaltungen, á la carte oder Roomservice

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen operativen Ablauf im Zuständigkeitsbereich

* Professionelle Kontrolle der angelieferten Waren und effiziente Verarbeitung

* Einhalten der HACCP-Richtlinien in der Küche

* Anleiten der untergebenen Mitarbeiter

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Hotelfachfrau-/mann

* Fundierte Speisen- und Produktkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

* Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

* Spaß am Kochen

* Eigenständiges Arbeiten
