Ihr Job bei uns:

* Mise en place Arbeiten und Produktionsarbeiten in der Hauptküche

* Vorbereitung der Buffet- und Frittierbereiche

* Zubereitung von Frühstücks-, Wok-, Grill & Pastagerichten auf Gästewunsch

* Anrichten von Buffetspeisen & Suppen

* Vorbereitung und Bestückung der verschiedenen Buffetstationen

* Arbeiten Hand in Hand mit dem Küchenteam

* Einhaltung der HACCP und Qualitätsvorschriften inkl. FIFO-Verfahren

* Dienstplanerstellung für das Stewarding - Team

* Vertretung des Sous Chefs in seiner Abwesenheit

* Bestellwesen ( Kontrolle von Warenbestand und - qualität)

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter und Kontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe

* Einsatz auch in anderen gastronomischen Bereichen (Saunabistro, Sommerbar)

Ihr Profil - Sie begeistern uns mit:

* Lehrabschluss oder mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Chef de partie im Gastronomiebereich oder Hotellerie

* Selbständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität

* Hohe Qualitätsorientierung sowie Service- und Gästeorientierung

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend in Sprache und Schrift
