Wir suchen einen engagierten Chef de Rang (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der unser Team mit Freude am Gastgebersein unterstützt. 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) Arbeitsbeginn: 17.12. oder je nach Vereinbarung

* Service am Gast (Speise- und Getränkeservice) sowie aktiver Verkauf

* Erstellung Mise en Place und Tische eindecken sowie Verantwortlichkeit für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Restaurantbereich

* Serviceorientierte und freundliche Gästekommunikation, inkl. Beratungs- und Beschwerdemanagement

* Konsequente Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards sowie Einhaltung, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der HACCP Hygienerichtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards

Du passt zu uns, weil ...

* du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast

* du Freude daran hast, deine Weinkenntnisse einzubringen und unsere Gäste kompetent zu beraten

* du durch Qualitätsbewusstsein, Serviceorientierung und Gastfreundschaft überzeugst

* du stressresistent bist, Probleme rechtzeitig erkennst sowie effizient und konstruktiv löst

* du über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
