Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für die Koordination einer Station

* Verantwortung für einen professionellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Service

* Betreuung der Gäste beim Frühstück- und Abendservice

* Beratung der Gäste zur Getränke- und Speisenauswahl

* Bereitstellung des benötigten Mise en Place

* Hervorragende Produkt-und Verkaufskenntnisse

* Buchung aller Bestellungen im Kassensystem und Durchführung einer korrekten Kassenabrechnung

* Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und der Sauberkeit im Rahmen der HACCP

* Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben
