DEINE AUFGABENBEI UNS:

* Verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Gäste im Restaurant- und Barbereich

* Sicherstellen eines optimalen Serviceablaufes

* Zuständig für die Anleitung und Kontrolle der tätigen Mitarbeiter sowie der Auszubildenden im Restaurant

* Durchführung von Roomservice-Bestellungen bzw. eines fachlich korrekten Services

* Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen HACCP-Richtlinien

* Optimierung der Umsätze im Restaurantbereich durch Zusatzverkauf

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie / Gastronomie

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel- / Restaurantfach

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Führungsverhalten

* Ausgezeichnete Weinkenntnisse (national und international)

* Ehrgeiz, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Motivation

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und überzeugendes und gewinnendes Auftreten

* Can-do Einstellung, hands-on Mentalität und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft

* Teamplayer und stressresistent

Für diese Position, 48 Stunden und 6 Tage pro Woche bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 2815,25

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
