Aufgaben

* Fachliches Präsentieren und Servieren von Speisen & Getränken am Gast

* Aktiver Verkauf und Beratung am Gast

* Verantwortung über Schank und Getränkelager

* Selbstständiges Bonieren & ordentliche und gewissenhafte Erstellung der Kellnerabrechnung

* Tägliche Teilnahme an Menübesprechungen und Vorbereitung des Mise en Place

* Kontrolle und Durchführung der täglichen Reinigungsarbeiten
