Für unser charmantes 4-Sterne-Hotel am wunderschönen Wolfgangsee suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Wir suchen ausschließlich Bewerbungen von qualifizierten, erfahrenen Mitarbeiter_innen. 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) oder Kellner/in Arbeitsort: Hotel Hollweger, St Gilgen

Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden, 5 Tagen

Aufgaben

* Vorbereiten und eindecken der Tische sowie polieren von Besteck und Gläsern

* Begrüßung und Platzierung der Gäste, Prüfung von Reservierungen

* Beratung bei Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl, Empfehlungen (z. B. Tagesgericht, Wein), Umgang mit Allergien

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen, Kommunikation mit Küche und Bar

* Genaue abrechnen und Kassieren (Bar, Karte), Rechnungsübergabe an Gäste

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Küche, Bar und Rezeption für optimale Abläufe

Anforderungen

* Freundliches, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und starke Kundenorientierung

* Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse in Hygienestandards nach HACCP

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Ordnungsliebe, Sauberkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Flexibilität (auch Wochenend- oder Schichtdienste)

* Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen

Ihr Profil

* Relevante Lehrabschluss von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Hotel oder Restaurant BereichZuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und ein Auge fürs Detail

* Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
